A welcome reception featuring a string quartet in the central corridor, artisanal snacks, and fruit punch made from Grandma's recipe.
traditional posada carols and piñata
Traditional Posada procession with litanies, distribution of sparklers and small candles, and the breaking of the piñata.
Christmas Gala Dinner & Banquet
A four-course dinner served with a selection of Gran Reserva red wines, stuffed turkey roasted over an open fire, and a champagne toast.
Exchange, Toast & Dance
Official Christmas Eve toast hosted by the Gómez Ruiz family and opening of the dance floor with live music.
